Willie Norman Bryant Jr., age 75, was born on October 29, 1950, iPrinceton, North Carolina. He was the beloved son of the late
Willie Norman Bryant Sr. and Penina Campbell. He attended Princeton Grade School and was the eighth of thirteen children,
sharing a lifelong bond with his siblings.
A man of deep faith, Willie faithfully served as a Deacon at Gospel City
Deliverance Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. He loved the Lord
wholeheartedly and found great joy in praising Him by playing the clash
cymbals during worship. Whether serving at church or helping someone
in need, Willie never hesitated to lend a helping hand.
Willie dedicated more than 35 years to the cleaning profession, taking
pride in every task and always striving for excellence. Even after
retirement, he continued serving others by assisting the Toma family
whenever they called. His dependability, generosity, and caring spirit
made him someone everyone could count on.
One of Willie’s greatest joys was his beloved dog, Big Boy. The two shared an inseparable bond built on loyalty, companionship,
and unconditional love. Wherever Willie went, Big Boy was often close beside him.
Willie leaves to cherish his memory his loving children: Sharon Denise
Bryant, Willie Norman Bryant III, and Terrence Davon Bryant; his five beloved grandchildren: Nisha Bryant, Shaquanda Merritt,
Anaya Elizabeth Bryant, Nacoma Davon Bryant, and Myra Amira Bryant; his cherished great-grandchildren: Kevon Antino
Williams and Kahlisa Annelise Williams; as well as his loving siblings, extended family, dear
friends, and all whose lives were blessed by his kindness, faith, and
unwavering love.
Though our hearts are filled with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing
that Willie lived a life of faith, compassion, and purpose. His gentle
spirit, unwavering devotion to God, and love for his family and
community will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to
know him.
