17, 2024. He was the son of Arlind Raymond and

Velesta Mann. Russell is survived by his sister, Bet

Wing (W. Warren); sons, Russell Mann Jr. (Jackie)

and Gary Mann (Venus); daughter, Arnette Spivey;

niece, Pam; nephew, Marc; grandchildren, Derick,

Kelly, Jade, and Leigh; and great grandchildren,

Griffin and Krislynn
