She transitioned from this life on Friday November 30th, 2018 at Johnston UNC Health Care Johnston Health Clayton, NC. She graduated from Smithfield-Selma Senior High School in 1994.
Regina was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was an amazing artist, hair stylist, and business owner. She was always willing to extend a helping hand with a beautiful laugh and smile, that brings joy to everyone.
Regina was preceded in death by her father, Thomas A. McLean.
She leaves to cherish her legacy her husband, Diego Ramos-Lopez, of the home; one son, Tyrell A. Ramos-Lopez; one daughter, Mia A. Ramos-Lopez of Wilson's Mills, NC; an adopted daughter, Ilana B. Adkins. A sister, Benita E. Rountree of Raleigh, NC; one half brother, Chance McLean; One brother-in-law, Larry L. Rountree, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. "
