Nathaniel Boyd, Jr.

Nate grew up in Washington, DC, and attended the public schools in the area.  Later in life, he relocated to Smithfield, NC.  He was a member First Missionary Baptist Church of Smithfield, NC.

Nate was a loving and outspoken person.  Although he faced many health challenges, he was a fighter until the very end. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.

He leaves to mourn his passing: one brother Nathan Boyd of Alexandria, VA.; one nephew Nathaniel Mills; two aunts, Rosa Mae Glover of St. George, SC, and Rosa B. Shuler, of Rowesville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
