Melisha Dawn Cooley

Melisha Dawn Cooley was born on May 21st, and 1978 to the late George E. Cooley Sir, and the late Jacqueline T. Cooley, in Raleigh, NC. She passed away on November 7th, 2023 at Persons Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC. She graduated from Clayton High School, attendingJCC afterwards and studied horticulture. Melisha enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, going out to eat, spending time with family and friends, and trips to the movies.

She is survived by her sister Antoinette Gaines, and brother George E. Cooley Jr., both of Clayton. As well as her three loving niecesJordyn, Georgia, and Albany. She also leaves to mourn her loss her uncle Michael Tomlinson of Virginia and Charles E. Cooley of Clayton, and a host of other relatives.
