Melahi Marie McNeill

Melahi Marie McNeill, born May 30, 1962, passed away on March 27, 2026.

She was a beloved mother, aunt, and grandmother who was loved by her family and all who knew her.

Melahi had a way of making others laugh when they needed it most and was known for always speaking her truth. She was real, bold, and full of love. Her presence brought laughter, honesty, and warmth to those around her, and she will be deeply missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Andre; her loving brother, Julian; her nieces, Skylar and Chanita; her grandchildren, Shabazz Hough, Kajuan Haywood, Nasir McKoy, and Nyanna McKoy; her great-grandchild, Andrea; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews: Nazir, Christian, Kamaria, Kristianna, Chantel, Kia, Ciara, Kamaria, Jazz, Phenix, Deion, Mykell, Warrior, Zailey, and Nauiluj. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
