Leo Banks

Leo Banks was born June 6, 1948 in Rocky Mount NC, to the late Arthur and Claudia Banks. He was the oldest of the first of triplets to be born in Rocky Mont NC. Leo attended Nash County Schools and was employed in various capacities over the years. He moved to California in the early 1990's where he mostly enjoyed working in the Soup Kitchen for the homeless and doing maintenance work at his apartment complex. He is proceeded in death by his daughter Beatice Banks-Grier, 2 brothers Robert and James Banks, two sisters Dollie and Nellie Thorne. He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters Bridgett Freeman (Travis) Beverly Dubose (Christopher) both from Wilson Mills NC. Four Brother's Johnnie Banks of Nashville, NC, Leon Banks Cleveland Banks, Leonard Banks ( Barbara) all of Rocky Mount, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
