Francisco Otero-Robles

Francisco Otero Robles served his country proudly. He lived his life, praying and studying the Bible. He served his neighbors. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a dedicated Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He is survived by his sons: Frank Otero, Ray Otero. His daughters: Betsy Otero, Debbie Otero and Melissa Nazario. His Grandkids, Rafael, Luis, Ruben, Ines, Reyno, Steven, Andrew, Melvin, Ivan, Frankie. His Great Granddaughter, Jasmine.
