Eugene Perry ''Prettyboygene'' Richardson

Eugene Perry Richardson Sr. was born the 2nd child of the late Hardy Lester Richardson, Sr. and the late Sadie Mae Lewis Richard, on June 11, 1949, in Johnston County. On Sunday, March 20, 2022, he departed his life at WakeMed. He joined the US Army in 1979 and served our country for a few years. He loved to play baseball and he worked as a brick mason and in the concrete business. He attended Richard B. Harrison school. Eugene was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil Richardson and Marvin Richardson. He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Hardy Lester Richardson, Jr (and wife, Hazel) and Tyrone Decreta Richardson (and wife, Willis Mae) along with two sisters, Janice Faye Meeks (and husband, Eddie) and Rosa Mae Richardson (of New York). He also leaves two sons, Eugene Perry Richardson, Jr. and Devon Richardson (wife Nereida) both of Selma, and one daughter, Tracey Denise Holder (husband, Donald) of Fayetteville. Devontay Richardson, DeAndre Richardson, Alyssa Richardson, Anyia Richardson, Alayna Richardson, Ori Richardson, Sanjeev Richardson, Montrell Holder, Monquetta Holder, DJ Holder, Tre'Anna Holder, Donovan Holder, and Timothy Holder. Other Great-Grandchildren, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
