Cheryl moved to Smithfield, NC in 1982 where she was raised by her loving Great Aunts and Great Uncle who preceded her in death. She attended Smithfield Selma High School and was a member of a social group in her community (Friends of Distinction).
Cheryl joined St Mark AME Church, where she was an active member of the Jr. Choir and Jr Usher board. She was also a member of the YPD Department; until she moved back to NY in the early 90's. I Miss You
My Mind knows that you are in a better place
Where there is no pain. You are at peace.
I understand that, I just wish I could explain it to my heart.
There is an empty space in it that nothing will ever fill.
I grieve, but I know my tears are for me.
We will be together again. Until then, my love will always be with you.
